Sunshine's frustrating journey of losing weight

Howdy,
Well I had another journal but messed up on the name of it, so after a week I decided to just start a new one haha.

It doesn't really matter because I am still floating at my start weight anyway which is 180lbs. I did great for 3 days, and then crashed and ate garbage for four days - I have no idea why, or what I was thinking, but starting today I am adding in exercise - as I find it easier to convince myself to make healthy choices so the exercise isn't for nothing.

So far I am off to a great start today
boiled egg on toast for breakfast
25 minute brisk walk with about 8 minutes of jogging in there
Not much, but for someone who has a "lazy" summer lifestyle, I am glad I survived it, it's already 19 degrees out there.

Anyway, YAY for today and hopefully this diary will be much more successful than the last one!

Wow, so I guess I haven't written anything because I haven't really had any progress - unless you believe my apparently broken scale that told me this morning that I was 146lbs - hah! I wish!! I reset it, banged it, switched some switches and it's still telling me that - it's new, and digital so I'm a bit angry that it's already not co-operating - despite it telling me happy news haha.
I'm hoping that I am lower than 178 - as that has been my stagnant weight for ages, but I am not sure that I will be. I have not been very good with food - ARGH!!! I only have 2.5 weeks left to hit my goal, and that is not enough time to drop 8lbs unless I kill myself at the gym - but hey - maybe that should be what I have to do? lol I have barely exercised at all - which seems to be my downfall, I am quite lazy - so maybe my vow this week is gym gym gym gym!
