In a powerlifting competition. Do you have to pull conventional or can you pull sumo too? Is it whatever way you can get the bar up from the floor to lockout that matters?
I've been wondering if I should allow sumo and RDLs in the DL chart. Since I know some people prefer sumo over conventional. and If someone can pull more with RDL (which really is just a conventional DL with the hips very high) and they pull from the floor, then why not let them have that number up?
