Sumo, conventional and romanian deadlifts

In a powerlifting competition. Do you have to pull conventional or can you pull sumo too? Is it whatever way you can get the bar up from the floor to lockout that matters?

I've been wondering if I should allow sumo and RDLs in the DL chart. Since I know some people prefer sumo over conventional. and If someone can pull more with RDL (which really is just a conventional DL with the hips very high) and they pull from the floor, then why not let them have that number up?

I was going to make a poll, but I have no idea how to do that..

BTW i really do need to get into this sort of power lifting, could have a positive effect on my results.
 
If it were up to me I'd allow RDL's because I can't see any advantage in doing it that way but I wouldn't allow the sumo's.

In a competition you can pull however you want. Though sumo and conventional are traditionally used. I can't see why anyone would use an RDL style.
