I just want to start by saying i think that this will be a very good tool for me, as I plan to make a daily entry.
As a baby I was typically chunky, grew up average size, and was thin before puberty...but the second that came along, out came the hips in stomach. I think it may also have to do with me being older and having more control over what I ate and making poor food choices. Going through high school and even know I am extremely self conscious, as im the biggest i have ever been. This end of July, I will be a bridesmaid in my cousin's wedding...and I know these wedding pictures will be seen for YEARS to come! This has become a serious source of motivation. Summer really is 2 soon isn't it!
This is my 3rd day of being consciously trying to eat better. I have a terrible sleeping schedule which I think interferes with my eating habits. I went to bed at 6am and woke up at noon, had to run around with my head cut off to get things done (and had to skip out on some) and ended up eating extremely fatty local fast food around 3 pm...after lunch and before dinner. Dinner time rolled along so i wasn't hungry until about 11 pm where I ate some Salt and Vinegar chips...what a disgusting day! Too much fat, too much salt, not enough anything healthy. (those commercials that say fries are vegetables, i think that's pushing it!! haha). I told myself I'd work out after my company left, but seeing as it was passed 11 i figured i'd wait till tomorrow.
But here I am now again at 4:23 am still awake! I think making these diaries will help me get back on track since its embarrassing to say i pretty much did nothing with my day and ate like crap. I really do intend to wake up early-ish this morning so I can work out and get things ready for my boyfriends (who happens to have great self discipline when it comes to sleep, school and fitness
) arrival from Montreal on Thursday. We're celebrating his birthday and making cheesecake, I'm going to pace myself on the quantity that I eat that's for sure.
I really hope I can get a normal schedule soon, I think it will help a GREAT deal.
