summer weight loss help

hey, i wanted to loose as much weight as possible before i go back too school in september. i currently weigh about 215-220 lbs. i wanna get down to 180 for sckool then 165 as my normal weight latter in the year. and then build up muscle to around 180 again. basicaly i want to be at 180lbs with a tone/cut body. i previously did a diet lost 6lbs in 3-4 day. but i ate about 2-3cups of veggies a day no sugar, no fruits, lots of water, no gum nothing sweet, a little chicken thats was broild/grilled. no weat or carbs. so i wanted to do something along that line. also i wanted to lean how to box . so can you guys give me a good safe routine or advice on how to make one so i can have safe/near safe fast weight loss. thanks.
