Hey whats up, Im 21 and I am a fairly slim/slender 160 pounds. I am trying to get my stomach a little flatter this year and build some upper body strength. So I am looking for a descent diet plan that also benifets strenght training. I do a lot of swiming, treadmilling, pushups, and curls. (I'm kinda of limited to my exercises with no eqipment). My meals usually consist of a 2 egg, ham and cheese omellet in the morning. Some form a beef or chicken at lunch and usually a lot more beef or chicken at night. I take 2 20mg servings of protein a day (powder shakes). So what would be your advice on improving my lil routine?
