My story:
I’ve been over weight for only about 2 years now. No one would guess I weigh as much as I due to I don’t really look it, but I know it and it bothers me much. I used to be in all sorts of pageants and things of that nature and I was a top dancer in my classes and such. To whine it all down, --- I was everything that I’m not now, I’m miserable. The weight didn’t happen sudden, it was a slow change for me and it happened over depression and I believe it was probably because of a lot of things were happening in my life and that was the only “comfort” I had at the time. I live a very stressful life, so trying to diet is very hard for me, and I believe a weight lost diary will help a lot. So, I will use this to keep up with how much I’ve lost, how much I worked out per day, and keep records of what I’ve ate that day.
My goal weight is 130 overall, I don’t expect to lose it fast, I’m going to gradually drop, my diet plan is simply a low calorie diet with no real plan, simply stick mostly to fruits and veg., with plenty of meats, and exercise.
I do have a short goal and it’s 170 by December which I do hope to achieve and I have much faith that I will.
I’ve already lost a lot of weight, I started at 250! Which was very unhealthy…
