Suggestions for gymnastics with hip proshtesis

Hi! I'm looking for suggestions about some exercise to strenghten my inner thigh muscle.
Since 15 years ago I installed my hip proshtesis and on recent periodic visit to orthopedic the doctor have said I need to work the inner thigh muscle to obtain a more long duration of life proshtesis.
Do you know specific exercises or peculiar machine that i can use in my house?

To work your inner thigh, the simplest to do would be to get a band, attach it to table leg or something, loop your foot in it, and do repetitions of pulling your leg toward your body. (Leg straightened.)

You should really be seeing a physio or occupational therapist for more specialized instructions, though. You'll need someone who can clearly identify your exact needs.
