ok as KaraCooks advised me I will open this thread and keep writing here I also opened a free account at that fitday webside.

Today

10:30 am

one steak Chicken breast ( 150 gr ) lettuce with vinegar and some fries ( just some )

17:00

a Tuna can 85 Gr

19:00

an Apple


21:00

two boiled potatoes with vinegar some Olive oil and salt.

ok so today at 9:30 this is what I ate:

Plain yogurt 400 ml 3.2% fat

30 Grams of Feta Cheese

and three slices of Zwieback.

at 14:00 I am planning to eat some fried Chicken breast and some boiled potato with Lettuce and vinegar.

at 16:30 hitting the gym, working out I will do back and Triceps and sit ups as well ( might do the bike I don't know if i will )

20:00

Two Boiled eggs I will eat only one yolk I will take the yolk out of one of the eggs, I will put some olive oil and vinegar so it will be like egg salad ( if u can call it that way ) and of course 3 slices of Zwieback.

22:00

1 or 2 apples.

I just had a look at your chart, I think your fat intake is still to high and the largest portion of that is the bad saturated fats. If possible try to avoid the fried foods, chicken breast is good but don't fry it baking in an oven with a few spices and no added fat or oil works well.

sucks man, I live with 3 other room mates and it is a big mess we eat out 95% of the time, and I can't cook anything, I will try to though it is good to know.

now I miss my mommy LOOL I wish she was here so she can cook for me :D
 
Where are your veggies? I don't see ANY veg there?

Calcium?
Fiber?

Boiled plain potatoes are not the best choice and they're especially not good as all you eat for a meal.

YESTERDAY:

300 Ml of yogurt 3.2% fat I guess it is low fat.

14:00

Fried Chicken breast with some Lettuce and some potatoes ( the potatoes were greasy but I didn't eat too much of it ).

17:00 till 19:00

went to the gym I had chest workouts and Biceps, I did the bench on that 120 degrees one 3x10 by 45 kgs
then the other bench where u totally lay down the 180 degree one 3x10 with 50 kg weight

and 4 other exercises that I have no idea how they call them in English as soo nas I find out I will tell u.

I did abs 1st time 50 sit ups then 2nd time 25 sit ups 3rd time 30 Sit ups 4th time 20 Sit ups and 5th time 20 as well.

Did some Jumping on the rope before I started working out like 10 - 15 minutes.

20:00

90 Gr Canned tuna I poured the oil out and I made a Tuna + 1 Big Carrot and one Small Carrot + one Medium Tomatoe with Olive oil and vinegar salad and 1 Zwieback slice.

22:00

One apple and two small oranges.

of course and one coup of green tea.

TODAY:

I didn't eat breakfast since I woke up at 12 o'clock.

14:00

2 boiled chicken drumsticks ( I was taking out the grease from the top of the boiling water and 5 minutes before I took them out I took out the skin and let them boil for 5 more minutes ) + 1 Big Carrot + half Carrot + 1 medium tomatoe with olive oil and Vinegar Salad.

2 Slices of Zwieback ( since i don't wanna eat white bread ).

16:30 till 18:30

10 to 15 min Jumping on the rope

I will do Back Workouts today I will do 5 Exercises I dont know how u call them but I will do the ones most of people do lol.

Sit ups same like yesterday.

Triceps 3 or 4 Exercises.

take a shower and go home :)
at 19:00 or 20:00

I am planning to boil two potatoes and the rest of that 90 gr Tuna that got left from last night make it with vinegar and olive oil.

22:00

One Apple and one Orange with Green Tea later before i go to bed.

How much Calories and fat would it make cuz I can't find some foods in that fitday.com thing


SO HOW DOES THIS LOOK??? AM I DOING GOOD FOR NOW???? KaraCooks SAID I DIDN'T EAT ENOUGH VEGIES I GUESS I INTEGRATED SOME VEGIES.

All of those foods are in fitday... you just need to look for them. After you enter them the first time, they'll be in your frequently eaten foods and be easier to find.

You still need more veggies and probably more calories overall as well.
 
Hey guys I just came to say that I haven't been around cuz I have been busy with my school and also with work.

Anyways, I got good news, from everything I read here I learned a lot in this forum.

I just wanted to say that from Middle of October till like 1 week ago when I weighted myself for the last time, I have lost 16 Kgs = 35 pounds.

I was 93 Kgs = 205 pounds in Middle of October when I started my diet and when I started going to the gym, now I am back to 77 Kgs = 170 Pounds.

I feel great now, I overcame the bad food habits I had, I eat normally and I am careful what I consume during the day.

Thnx a lot to all of u in this forum :)
