Stupid Annoying Belly

Alright i was 170 with good arms and back and shoulders and chest very active all day with sports and running in the morning b4 work. I'm 17 and dont have a lot of fat to lose thats why it is probably hard, but after 5 weeks weight loss fianlly started to kick in i went from 170 to 162 but i dont think i've been able to notice any differnece in the abs....i'm 5'10 so if any1 can help i'd appreciate it
 
have you been trackign bodyfat percentage at all? you may have lost 8lbs of fat, 8lbs of muscle, 4lbs of each....hard to say without knowing % of body fat, or taking tape measurements.

162lbs should be a darn good weight for a 5'10", unless you're low on lean mass and a bit too high on bodyfat.
 
My favorite exercise for cutting is jumproping. I cut a lot of inches off my stomach from doing that, and that was when my stomach was fairly flat as it was. Do some ab workouts too, to build muscle. Get a good amount of protein in your diet to maintain muscle rather than losing it.
