Hey guys great forum here I have a question.
Ok so I am 5 ft 9 inches tall and 34 years old. I was at 226 pounds a few months back and starteed dieting. I am now down to 187 pounds but I want to get to my weight at the age of 24 which was roughly 150 pounds.
So I lost a lot of weight just dieting by eating 1500 calories per day and hardly any fat. Now I have started exercising.
I have a Schwinn upright bike and I have been riding it for a week interval training. I do 2 minutes of warmup followed by 1 minute of going hardcore at level 7 and then 1 minute of going easy at level 3. I am getting my heartrate up to about 150 and I am able to ride for 23 minutes now. I also do 400 crunches and 100 pushups every day as well.
The problem is that I am now stuck at 187-188 pounds for like 10 days now and cant seem to peel off any more pounds. Should I decrease my calorie intake to around 1000 per day or do more exercise? Or just keep doing what im doing and eventually the pounds will come off.
Please help its very frustrating to be stuck at this weight when I am trying so hard.
