My weight loss was going fairly well, but I can't seem to get under 250lbs!!! I haven't been on a such super strict diet that my daily 2100 calories would have made a plateau already, and I've been switching up exercise as best I can. My thyroid is taken care of, too. I've started new birth control pills recently, but I don't think that's the reason.
I'm at a loss for what to do.
I know I'm not supposed to focus on the scale, but it has been over a month stuck at this weight.
