Hey there...this is only my second day on this site. I joined it because I was doing really well with my weight loss...6lbs in 2 weeks due to diet and exercise, and I got off track the past 3 days. I gave myself an inch, and I took a mile...or several miles! I am back on track today. I will stay on track this time!
 
That's what you have to do! If you slip off track don't let it ruin your whole day or whole week..... get back on and push through it

We all do that but the thing you have to do is just get over your slips and push! :)
