I love stretching almost as much as I love weight lifting, but could anyone tell me of any good back stretches? I know some good ones for my legs and arms, but I don't know any good ones for my back.
I stretch between sets. No particular reason except to pass the time instead of just standing there....abear said:since we're on the subject, when does everyone stretch?
last year i stopped stretching before and after lifting and just do after because of all the recent news of how stretching beforehand isnt really needed.
