Stretch Marks

I have stretch marks on both my arms, they first apeared a few years back when I started attending the gym a lot. They have been the cause of me quitting the gym on several occasions. But I'm currently back into weight training, and as usual the stretch marks are starting to expand and become more obvious after every session.

I really dont want to quit again, so I would be very grateful for anyone who could give me any suggestions on how to stop them getting worse.

I would love to get rid of them but I'm not sure if its possible, any information on this would be extremely apreciated.

Thanks a lot
Michael

Some info about me:

I hear moisturizer with vitamin E is the best way to limit stretch marks...but I don't know for sure. Think of em as the mark of your hard work paying off and your arms growing. Don't know if that helps. :(

Theyre impossible to completely get rid of but will fade with time. You need to use a good skin moisturizer to give your skin more elasticity before stretchmarks start to form. Vitamin E enriched mosturizer is optimal. Goodluck

cocoa butter is great but studies that ive seen say that keeping it moisturized through out the day is much more important. so keep the cocoa with you or any kind of cream, apply before you workout before bed you get the idea.

Talk to a mother bro! Pregnancy usually will cause stretch marks and if someone is going to know how to prevent them it'll be a woman. You may have to make a choice though between ego and vanity.

That's correct. I saw an ad the other day for pregnancy stretch marks. It was some sort of lotion with cocoa butter.

almsot forgot vitamin E molecule (Tocopheryl) is too large to penetrate the deep layer of skin and collegen where stetch marks occur, sorry fellas It doesn't work.
--- people think it may work because it is almost always teamed up with a moisterizer and as I mentioned earlyer that does work.---
