For those of you who are cutting or remember your cutting phase well.....how much strength did you loose?
I ask this because lately i have been loosing alot of strength sense i stopped bulking. I know that your are going to because of the obvious "lack of nourishment" but i didnt know it would be this much. My squat, power clean, and snatch have all dropped at least 20-30lbs and thats just unacceptable
