I have grown fat some time ago and taken a year to reduce it down, although I am no longer huge in size, I have this particular problem, I seemed to have potruding chests like female's breasts(but not exactly the same, its smaller) even though I am male, any idea how to deal with this?
 
Got bitch tits?, best way from all the research I have done off the net in the past is like xander said in the other post.

Lots of running, jogging, etc cardio. And high set weight training, this wont build muscle, but it will make ur current muscle firmer and the main point of the exercise is to burn up fat around all ur muscle tissue IE ur pectorials.

The harder you push urself the faster it will happen.
Ie: Run/cardio 5-6 times a week, and do weights on ur 7th resting day and on 2 of ur actively running/cardio days

All @ night if you can, closer to the time you go to bed.

EG depending on how much you can push urself but something like this:

Mon: Cardio (Bike for 6 miles) then hi rep weight trainin

Tues: Cardio (Run for say 2 miles)

Wed: Cardio (Bike for 6 miles) hi rep weight trainin

Thur: (Run for say 2 miles)

Fri: Rest (no cardio) but hi rep weight trainin

sat: Cardio (Run for say 2 miles)

sun: Cardio (Long distance walk)
