Strange question...

Ok, so my main issue is that i'm skinny. I'm already following all the eating plans that people gave me, and it's worked well, but there's still one thing:

Since I'm so skinny, my hips are really bony. Like, the bone points out a little at the sides. (yes, I'm really that skinny). What can I do to fix this? In addition to gaining weight, are there certain exercises that target muscles on the hips?

Also, something I thought of just now. What good exercises are there for my sides in general (like, the spot on my body under where your arms hang)? My ribs sorta show too.

Once again, yes, I know I'm skinny. That's why I'm here. haha.

Hate to break it to you this way, but it's all gonna happen when you gain weight, just being honest here. Start up a basic routine, and up caloric intake like it's your job and you'll be well on your way.

Note the caloric intake increasing a ton* << extremely important

yeah its eating :) the first part about your hips, hmm.. hip flexor muscle? i dunno..
the second part.. is probobly your lats, but if you do a basic routine you got your lats covered.. so you just need to eat like the others have said ;) lots of cals! and just never go hungry!
