stopping for about 3 weeks

hi there...

ok I was wondering cuz I am in the process of moving and I'll probably be out of the gym for about 3 weeks, untill I settled down, look for another gym...
For the past 3 months I've seen such progress that only the idea of being out of the gym scares me. I am afraid of losing what I gained...
I'll probably be still active by playing here and there soccer or basket ball or else... but no weight lifting...
Also to give u an idea of the progess, starting at around 45 lbs in each arms for the DB incline, in less than 3 months I am able to go up to 65lbs now in each arms....
And at the bench I can go up to 165 lbs (that's my max though) and I couldn't push more than 120 less than 3 months ago...
I don't wanna lose that....
I was hitting the gym everyday for the pas 3 months and my rest day was basically cardio and legs...
so I worked my ass off and I feel really upset at the idea of losing...
so I was wondering how much will I lose and how to prevent that or rather how to slow it down...?

i'd imagine you'd lose a little, but it shouldnt be too drastic. i'd make sure my diet stayed on track and throw in something like pushups, dips, chins and some cardio.

just some ideas. :)

damn i have the same problem :(
will have surgery on my right pinky and won't be able to workout for circa 6 weeks :s

you guys just dont let happen what happened to me.

after busting my ass for years i finally had reached my goals. this was back in 1998. i was 180lbs at 10% bodyfat with 15" arms. those were the goals i had set and i hit them right on target.

then i got married, bought a home and got a promotion at work. i was starting to skip workouts so i decided to take a 4 week break. the 4 weeks became 6 months. it took a long time to recover from that. it really messed up my training and needless to say i lost those gains and i'm still trying to get them back.

dont lose focus!!!!!!! :)
