Stop the HIIT, then do?

Ok, since I have been running on my tredmill now for a while and I have lost roughly 30+ pounds, I still have a little fat covering my abs on my stomach. Man do I hate it. I can see the upper 2 abs, but nothing below that.

So...what I am thinking is, should I start to run a steady 3 1/2 miles a day now (not hiit style) and do more weight training.

I don't have a gym membership, nor do I want one :p but I was thinking about buying some weights and what not.

Anyway, my objective is to get my 6 pack showing, and my overall muscle size a little bigger (arms, legs, abs, chest).

I am 6' 3'' ~207 lbs.
