Stomach

I seriously would like to know what kind of videos or excerices you all could suggest on how to get rid of the love handles, and maybe flatting out the stomach. I'm not really into the whole six pack deal, I just don't want my stomach sticking out. Help please, thanks.
 
Ti put it simply you need to lose fat. You can not spot reduce. If you have some love handles it is because you need to lose that fat.

My suggestion would be to, eat healthy and find an activity that burns calories. You could ride a bike, go running, hiking, take up a sport.

I think some weight training is a huge help too, but thats just me.
 
For the stomach, you can't beat Pilates. It's amazing what it's been doing to my post-baby belly! That can help tighten up a gut. Although, Pilates is in no way easy if it's done right.

And of course I agree with Zaniix, you need to get moving to shed the love handles.
 
What about not concentrating on the food part? Like situps and that, will that help with the love handles without having to pay for any equiptment or any gym fees?
 
Doing just abdominal work will NOT get rid of the fat... Doing abdominal work just smushes the fat that is ontop of the working abdominals... But, you still have to do abdominal work anyways to get some definition once you lose the fat... You need to eat healthy and have a proper cardio program and if possible a weight lifting program... I've heard good things and bad things about pilates, so you may want to give it a try... Just remember, everyones bodies are different from one another so they may need to be "maintanced" different than others...
 
Ab workout

I've turned a few of my friends on to a great low impact, ab focused tape called Latin Power Abs.

The cardio is latin dancing, not too strenuous, but enough to work up a good sweat with plenty of focus on the core. After the cardio, there's about 20 minutes of ab focused toning -- upper, lower, obliques.

Everyone, including myself, who has tried it has seen quick results.

I haven't seen it in stores, but I did order it online. I don't believe you'll be disappointed. I've included the website below:

I downloaded Tae Bo ab workout mix, and 8 minute abs off the net. Didn't pay anything heh. And for me they do work.

Tae Bo ab workout mix is cardio and it goes for about 30 minutes. 8 minute abs, obviously goes for 8 minutes, and it goes through 9 diff ab exercises for about 45 seconds each. The aim is to do as many as you can of each in that time.

I've found it really does work. But I'm also doing weights 3 times a week, riding, jogging and I walk to and from work.

Cardio, cardio and more cardio I say!
