Alright let me explain......I was skinny earlier but ever since I started exercising jan 2005, i put on weight and started bulking up. I now have gained considerable amount of muscle (chest,biceps,triceps and shoulders). However, I have also started developing a tummy. Although it is small, I do not want it to get larger. I do ab exercises every other day (declined crunches,normal crunches). I cannot cut out on my diet as I need to eat to bulk up further and put on weight. What should be done in such a case?
