I'm not seeing tons of stomach fat. You might shoot a frontal pic.
Resistance training+hypocaloric intake=teh greatest fat burning potential. HIIT for cardio will really help to boost up the EPOC and fat burning potential also.
You honestly look awesome. Make sure you're eatting just a little under your maintenance calorie intake. Add in a little cardio and some weight training and you'll tighten right up. use the search function to educate yourself, and if you can't find it by searching, feel free to ask!
do u have kids?
if u have gone through a pregnancy it might be the loose skin as i have...and it will tke some time to tighten it up.

You mean the roundness of the lower tummy? Actualy that's what i like to call 'feminine tummy' hehe not fat. Yours not a lot either. The only time I ever lost it completely was by eating boiled vegies & nothing else for 3 months straight! Not fun
Of course it came back...
To be correct, I guess, you just have to watch the fat of each food you consume. Ab works to show up the shape. And dropping BF%. Good luck!
Okay, here's a front shot. I guess that little pouch is normal then, huh? I'm almost down to size 2 jeans but it still won't budge. And I know if I go on a veggie/fruit diet it won't last forever so why bother?

resistance training alone is not the best way for fat burn, as it uses mostly anaerobic energy stores. HIIT is great, but i use HIIT to increase VO2 max to increase the fat burning potential. a good thing to do is cross-training, where you do resistance exercises in addition to cardio/plyometric-type exercises. the idea is to do exercises involving HIIT to use up much of your muscle glycogen stores. once that becomes low, your body will start to rely on blood glucose and fat instead, thereby increasing fat metabolism.
and yes, a hypocaloric diet will get you results in addition to a sound exercise program.
