Hi! Just a little bit of background here: I'm a 19 yr old female and at college this year, I was terrified of the Freshman 15 so I started going to the gym more and started losing weight instead of gaining it...I had just wanted to maintain my weight but I'm not complaining! lol
I've lost about ten pounds or so, and now I have more an hourglass shape. However, I do have a little bit of a problem. My stomach is flabby, more so my lower abdomen. I'm skinnier in the area right below my chest, then my waist goes in, and then my stomach goes out. Whenever I sit down, I always notice two stomach rolls. This might sound dumb, but I'm kind of wondering if it is possibly just my posture, because when I sit a certain way, after awhile, I notice a horizontal line between my two rolls. Ugh. But if you look at me standing up, it doesn't look like I have rolls at all. I only notice it when I sit. Could I just have bad posture?
Thanks! Although if anyone has some suggestions to get rid of this belly fat, I would appreciate it. My stomach is too squishy I guess you'd call it, lol.
