o__O im having such trouble with this!!! >_< I finally get to go to the beach this year, and i want to look good in my bathing suit so im trying to flatten my tummy. I've been doing the double crunches i found in the latest 'Shape' magazine. and they're working! i begining to get Abs, but.. i still have a tummy (you can tell im begining to get abs when i suck in a little). I'll get pictures if i can. i just want some help with this..
