Diet mainly
exercise (I like to jog and when I was fit, I used to run)

You can support me.

-- How realistic is your goal?
Very realistic. I gained about 40 lbs during school.

-- When will you start?
Today. :)

celery dipped in hummus is quite tasty :) or spread with a little peanut butter or some laughing cow cheese..

but plain old celery well boring but you can make it a little sexier :D

peanut butter is one of those forbidden foods for me. I can't stop eating it so I can't have it around the house. Fortunately, no one in my house likes peanut butter so it's ok to leave it off the grocery list. I think I'm slightly allergic to celery. it's weird. my tongue gets itchy.
 
I think I'm going through carb withdrawal. That's probably a myth. Need.... some..... bread..........twitch twitch

just kidding.
