This is my second time on the diet. The first time round I lost abit of weight after a couple of months but then got pregnant - so had to stop! Now I am sad to say I am ALOT heavier than I was.

I'm just so sick of people asking me, "Are you pregnant again?" My stomach is still really big and flabby and I need to get rid of it! I hate going out now cos I dont want people to ask if I'm pregnant - my son is already 8 mths old.

My starting weight now is 80kg and my goal weight is 52kg. Seems like an ENORMOUS task to undertake... but so far I've lost 3kg.

I must admit it is incredibly difficult to not be tempted. Especially when the whole family is eating other things! In fact, I'm going away on a weekend trip tomorrow and so I need to 'take a break' for two days. Not the best start but I'm determined not to beat myself up about it. (in fact I am beating myself up about it!) Will update on my 'regression' when I get back!

Hi Wandabees & welcome to the forum. I'm sorry that no-one welcomed you earlier. Losing 28kgs is not such a huge task but it helps to break it up & take it one day at a time. As you probably know from last time Cohen's needs to be committed to 100%. If you do that you are sure to succeed. You can do it if you want to enough. Losing your stomach will happen, when your body is no longer reacting to bloating carbs such as bread. Hope you enjoyed your w/e away & are ready to be 100% until you reach your goal weight, xo Cate
