Hey everybody. I've been reading this forum for a while now and it's made me feel much better to read other people's stories. I'm a college student working on losing 71 pounds, from 231 to 160 (I'm 5' 7.5"). I've been overweight my entire life - I've never been a thin girl. So when I accomplish this, it will be my first experience being a "normal" weight. I've lost 34.6 pounds as of today (after 4.5 months) and I feel proud; I'm officially in "onederland" and not in the 200's anymore. But I don't feel like I look very different. I can see it in my face a little bit but I still feel extremely fat and ugly. Do you have any tips for feeling more confident? Has this happened to anyone else?
