sticking to it

Well, this is my first post to you guys. I started getting healthier in September 2002. I am five foot one and at that time I weighed 162 pounds. Not very good, I must admit. But, I am now 120 pounds. I owe it to tapes and walking when the weather permits. I must say, I really like a tape called Boxout by Sugar Ray Leonard. Anyone else heard of this one? I found it at the local Sally Anne store for ninety nine cents. Considering I am not coordinated enough to use aerobic tapes, I wasn't sure if I would be able to follow this tape. Much easier than I thought! I also have done weight loss yoga and weight loss pilates tapes. I am a stay at home mom, so I find I have to do my exercising at home. Can't afford to go to a gym. I now am trying strength training by using resistance bands and an exercise ball. Boy, are my arms weak! I hope I can keep going. My biggest downfall is that I will exercise for a while, then stop for a while. Any words of encouragement would be appreciated. Thanks!

you can do it! congrats on what you got done! Try to break it down to morning workout for 1/2 an hour and night workout for 1/2 hour. That works for me! I haven't used the Boxout tape but I'll have to look for it. I'm more of a stepper type person. I do pilates though. I love it!
