I wish I had some pics to compare, but back then, I really didn't like my pic taken.
I'll keep bulking for a couple more months, then I'm gonna give the V-Diet a shot. My goals are a little different from most, so I'm not worried about a little fat, but I don't want it to get out of hand... oh yeah, I'm 5'11".
My maxes so far:
Bench - 305
Squat - 2x315
DL - 385
My DL has been stuck at 385 for a couple months, so I've been doing a lot of supplimental/accessory work lately. I haven't tried to max for a while, but I'm hoping to crack 400 soon.
