40 min. walk outside

L- Turkey Sandwich
D- Pork Chop w/veggies

30 min. on stationary bike

Weight stayed the same this morning. Hopefully it goes down in the morning.

Yeah!!

Yeah! I woke up this morning and was down another pound. It's really nice to know that all of my hard work is starting to pay off. I haven't really noticed any difference in the way my clothes fit, but wasn't expecting to really either. Does anyone know how much more I'd have to lose to go down a jean/pant size?? Right now I'm in a size 13(juniors) but would love to be in a size 9 by Christmas- is that possible? So far I have been losing about .5-1.0lb a day so I'm hoping I keep on that track but we'll see I guess. I've been really careful with what I eat and definetly get in exercise everyday. I also drink lots of water throughout the day. Well I hope everyone is doing good in their weight loss goals- GOOD LUCK!

Maybe you shouldn´t weigh yourself every morning/every day? Try doing it once a week. Then the joy of your weight-loss would be bigger too. :) I believe.... :)

12/5/06:

L- Turkey Sandwich w/lettuce & tomato
D- Grilled Chicken

Exercise:

45 min. on eliptical machine

Only got a little bit of exercise in today, was really busy with housework and such things but I guess something is better than nothing. I'm getting my daughters christmas photos done tommorow so I'm not sure how much exercise I will get in. I have my first personal trainer session tommorow also so I guess we'll see how that goes. I'm not sure if it's going to be that beneficial or not I think a lot of what they're going to tell me is stuff I already know but we'll see. I got a free session for joining my gym so I guess it can't hurt, maybe I'll learn something new.

you're doing very well. I wish that I could get in as much exercise as you do! as of now, i'm only getting to the gym 2-4 times a week! Keep up the great work!
