Today was actually day I haven't "gagged" towards the end of my tuna salad. Feeling very happy! And I've also stopped using sweetener in my morning yoghurt. So I'm happy with that :)

I'm wondering about swapping my meals around. I've been having lunch from Meal 3 and dinner from Meal 2 because the portion sizes are bigger in Meal 2 and I'm scared I'll be hungry at night. I definately eat before 9pm but some nights I don't wait my 2 hours before sleep. I know I shouldn't but I'm sssoo tired at night. :sleeping:

Thanks Genie, 13kg is awesome too. LOL I can't believe you bought another scales. But I so know where you are coming from. :) Double-figures will be just around the corner. It is exciting watching the ticker move and the scales read lower each time. What a great program !!

Hi Stef,

I posted in the main thread re:changing your meals around. You are losing at a good rate so It shouldn't make a difference.
The program allows it so go for it, it's obviously working for you.

Thanks heaps Annie, you kind words mean a lot and have made me feel better. :hug2:

Had my weekly weigh in and I lost another 1.3kg bringing the total loss to 9.5kg in 6 weeks. The loss has been steady (within 500grams) each week. And really I cannot ask for more.

Here's to the count-down to the snow !!

Hi Stef! How's it going? Have school holidays finished for you? You must have been busy with your little Munchkins. Hope you are still doing well and staying focused. It must be hard doing things for the kids and going out lots... but I know you can do it!

How are you going with tracking everything? I think that it has really helped me to track it all. I find that I do it either first thing in the morning after I have weighed myself or before bed... often its both...but generally in the morning after weighing myself I put in everything from the day before and todays weight. I also have a calender on my bedroom wall next to the scales with a pen attached so that I can add it to that in case I dont get a chance to get to the computer.

You said you are off to the Snow in August? Not long now!! Woohoo! :jump: Hope to hear more of your "journey" before you take off for it!
