Today was actually day I haven't "gagged" towards the end of my tuna salad. Feeling very happy! And I've also stopped using sweetener in my morning yoghurt. So I'm happy with that
I'm wondering about swapping my meals around. I've been having lunch from Meal 3 and dinner from Meal 2 because the portion sizes are bigger in Meal 2 and I'm scared I'll be hungry at night. I definately eat before 9pm but some nights I don't wait my 2 hours before sleep. I know I shouldn't but I'm sssoo tired at night.
