I got in trouble from my boss at the track (she works at Curves doing the winter) the other day for weighing myself pretty much all the time. I'm not an everyday person, but I do weigh myself on Mondays and Thursdays. I want to know what I am coming off the week and then going into the weekend. She told me that fine, but since I'm still new in my weightloss program, I shouldn't be weighing myself so much. I'm just getting a little annoyed because last week, I basically lost 6 pounds overnigth and then gained four back in three days. I'm thinking I need to stay off the scale for about a month or so. Has anyone else gone through this before and is it a good idea to say away from the scale?
