Starting off with a question

Ok so youve convinced me to start building. SO more eating HURRAY!!!! a little more fat, a little more carbs and a LOT more protein....My question is, if im hungry and im goin to bed in 20 minutes can and what do i eat.
 
and a little healthy fat, esp if you go the shake route...to slow down digestion of the protein as much as possible.
