I am starting a new 50 day program and just wanted to track my progress. If you don't know I have already lost about 35-40lbs so this is a bit of a after and a before.
Weight here is about 188ish. I'll update in maybe 2 weeks with new pics.
Yeah. Pretty much. Planning on doing the 50 day program in Never Gymless. Probably add some dumbell and sand bag stuff to the max strength days though.
