This time last year I started trying to lose weight and was able to lose 20lbs in about 3 months, but about that time I had some serious life stressers and got away from the good habits I had learned. Since then I have regained the 20 and added 15 more. My wife and I are expecting a baby in May and I am worried I am not going to have the energy to keep up with a newborn. My overall goal is to lose 70lbs by the end of the year, but I want the change in lifestyle to be impleneted by May so I dont need to think about it as much while caring for my new daughter. I always appreciate input and suggestions.
