Started at 26% body fat, now I'm under 7%

March of 2011 I was fed up with my health and decided to make a change. I did P90X and dropped from 26 to 11.3% body fat. I've done another round and now I'm almost done with P90X2. One year later I'm still exercising, I haven't cheated on my diet at all, and I'm in the best shape of my life, all from home lol.

I say screw the gym at this point haha. I put together a transformation video to inspire you! Everything was done in front of my couch! No gym!

Hi,

You did such an amazing work and you should definitely be proud of what you achieved so far. I know alot about P90X and I am starting from the next month. It's true that if you are willing to commit to P90X it will teach you a lot of things which will be so useful in your life later that all could be turned up side down. Once I tried to do plyometrics, it's the tough one, so I know also what you dealt with the first workouts. You are a true inspiration or many people and also because you pulled yourself together and now, I am sure, you are a better person for yourself and for your son.

Did you try the second version of P90X?

It would also be nice to know some more about your free coaching thing.. :)

I always get jealous of people who gain weight later in life because theyre still able to look normal after losing some etc :(

I dunno if that makes me a bad person or what. lol

Jacob83! I saw your video and it's really fantastic! You've done a good job there in your own way and everyone must have been proud of you for that!

Great job! I too dropped a lot, but now i've hit a wall and can't seem to get past it. My body simply won't drop anymore weight and i'm trying to get that flatter stomach as you did. Any tips? My upper abs are coming through but the lower is still a little pouch. Again amazing job!

It's all about your nutrition, that's where 70% of your results come from. As your body fat % goes down, the pouch will disappear. The key is to eat clean and track everything you eat.

I use loseit.com for tracking, and a digital scale weighing everything to the gram. There's a learning curve to anything but you have to do it!

My website has some awesome grocery lists, and if you want to get in touch with me I can help you calculate your calories with your current exercise schedule.

I eat as clean as I can especially since we've had some issues with our fridge. I've lost about 90 pounds without exercise so my nutrition isn't the worst.
