Here are some things that have helped me drop some pounds
Drink lots of water
Stay away from fried foods
Stay away from pop, even the diet kind is bad for you and other sugary filled drinks
Get plenty of sleep, too little or too much sleep can screw with your metabolism
Workout at least 30 minutes a day, (even walking burns calories) but this is the key to workout and eat right
If your hungry grab low fat snacks, like fruit or yogurt
Eat a healthy breakfest
Don't skip meals
Eat your biggest meal at lunchtime if you can and not dinner, make your dinner meal light because your body is slowing down at the end of the day
Don't lye down right after you have eaten, take a brisk walk if you can
