hey wow you look amazing!! i was wondering how you got your stomach to slim down that much because that is definately my problem area

You are just gorgeous M! You have a lot to be proud of! You looked lovely before, but you have just transformed your body into a toned masterpiece!:hurray: :hurray:
 
Wow! I signed up here just to say this - you are inspiring to me! I'm starting my own transformation tomorrow and I'm around the same weight you were when you started. Thanks for sharing and congrats! I'll check out your journal! :)
 
I am a bit down because while looking at the pictures, i have toned my abs a good bit... but i feel like there isnt much diff in the area of my legs :( thats my biggest problem area...... any thoughts or ideas on that?!?!? i run like crazy, lift weights for my legs..... and still.... they look just about as big as they were when I started :cuss:

My dear :eek:.... your legs are GREAT. You have nice thighs with 'shape' and to be quite frank with you - If I could wear a kini' and look as good as you do - I'd be absolutely chuffed !!!

If you're working your legs - therefore building muscle - slender is probably not what will eventuate. Your legs off-set your small waist and flat tummy.

Be proud woman ! You deserve to be.
 
WOW.... you are so well toned I'm totally jealous!
I have just started out the gym the last 2 weeks. I am wondering what way you did the weights, was it a lot of reps at a low resistance then building up or just trying to lift heavy and less reps (I honestly don't have time to go through your diary atm)
 
were you an athlete when you were younger? I ask because it looks like you had a good bit of muscle on you when you started already, usually people like that were muscular at one time in their lives and just cut all the fat off?
 
Wow wow wow!! That's a great achievement. I have been following u in your diary and really admire your motivation with food and exercise. You are doing so well. Keep it up. I hope to be as disciplined as you. Way to go!!
 
OMG! You look absolutely stunning, If I looked even half as beautiful, sexy, and amazing as you I'd attach a mirror permanently infront of me. OMG!
 
leg lunges will get a sexy slim look. Thats what i heard jessica simpson did to get into her daisy duke shorts. They are a pain though lol
 
Thank you so much for sharing your before and afters! Im at 154 right now, and my goal is 120-130ish... this just motivated me to keep at it, after a couple days of slacking!

gorgeous GORGEOUS body!! wats ur height? im at 154 right now... and im kind of where u were at 153... i wonder if i'll look that amaaaaaaazing at 128!?!?!
 
you look very lean in the middle. i would step up lower body workouts and cardio to try to get yuor legs toned, dont try and lose a bunch more weight, it will still come offyour middle and you will look sickly eventually
