HELLO!! i'm very new to this forum and i need some help and motivation to lose some weight. here's a little about me...
i'm 25 years old with a 6 year old son (7 on may 16th) and i finished nursing school about 4 months ago. during my year and a half of nursing school i managed to gain about 20lbs
i'm 5'3" and 157lbs
i want to get down to about 130-135
i've been dieting and exercising since last saturday but since i'm starting this today i'll just go from here...
today i ate:
breakfast: 1 slice of toast with reduced fat peanut butter
Lunch: turkey breast 6" sub from subway
Dinner: chicken breast and broccoli
wish me luck... i need the motivation.
if anyone has any tips please let me know
