Hey everybody,
I am making a fresh start, so I thought a new fresh thread was in order.
I know I haven't really been around on the forum the last few weeks. Things have really been dead in a water for a few weeks, and I didn't want them to stay that way or I know I will slip into old habits.
SO. I am going away on holiday at the end of september and I want to lose another stone by then
I have a new lease of life for this.
Yesterday was the first day of my 2nd attack
and I ate right. I also got in my excercise, with 450 cals burnt at the gym and 10 lengths of the pool.
Today I'm going to keep at it. I'm determined to keep on the straight and narrow!
