Speed up recovery?

I've just moved to my parents for about 15 days.
Joined a gym so I want to make the most of it, going say, once or twice a day (plenty of time free :).

However, if I do that there's no time for my muscles to recover.

How can I speed up recovery or use the time best?
 
just buy some protein powder and blend with milk immedately after you workout.

if u cant afford protein powder try a shake made by blending fruit honey strawberries nuts yoghurt and ice cream.

or just eat a protein food.
 
you could do some whey protein in gatorade. thats what i'm trying now.

i did dextrose then maltodextrin and did fine with my recovery
 
having something small that is high on the glycemic index can increase your recovery time up to 200% ... if taken within 15 minutes of finishing your workout ... drops dramatically after that till it becoming a detrament after about 30-45 minutes.
