Does anyone here work on the speed bag any? Im kinda surprised how many gyms dont have a 40buck speed bag! about the only place i see em is at boxing gyms anymore 
Im not much of a boxer but I love the bag and its great for upper body strengthening as well as coordination. I would really like to know some new moves....I have learned just about as much as I could find on the net and have gotten pretty fast and even know how to do alternating elbow hits but would like to take it to the next level if there is one ne1 got any vids of their moves they could show me?
