Ahhh I see someones been reading before I had even posted in those pictures. Im not sure about your routine though Im not even sure what some of those names are I havent heard of thrusters or uppercuts.

NBS 4 Life, I attached pictures of those workouts in question. For a matter of fact I would like to substitute them for other workouts that work the same muscles. I don’t want to look like a clown at the gym doing these. :yelrotflmao: Also I'd like to replace reverse crunches on a bench with something else. Suggestions?

Bodybuilders always come to me and say that I don’t do it right. I’m standing there with two dumbbells going GON, GON, GON, GON, [starts throwing rapid-fire uppercuts], and I go fast. I say I’m not a goddamn bodybuilder, I’m a fighter!

TESTOSTERONE NATION

Of course, being Bas Rutten probably makes the quote work better ;)

Anyway, don't worry about what other folks think. It'll keep you from doing the exercises you want, keep you from trying out new exercises, make you try to lift weights you can't or shouldn't, make you drop high rep exercises because the low load looks stupid, etc.

In the end, the 3 things that count in the gym is lifting with proper form, working hard enough to sweat and go red in the face, and your development over many months. That's what gives respect.
