Well hello...
im 15 years old....building in a gym like 5 times a week.....
and anyway...i dont have much of i diet atm.....just anything that comes to hand...except some really fat and sweet food.
But i do ''like'' to eat a raw egg (white only) after workout...
but today i went into the kitchen and though i could make something more tasty outta this
and so i came up with this
2 raw eggs (only white stuff)
0.1l / 1dl of milk
and one tea spoon of honey (u can put more if u like to,can use sugar too but honey is a bit healthier
)

So what i really want to know is......is this healthy?
i mean obviously it isnt that much unhealthy but is it good to use after workout?
I know proteins are good after workout and raw eggs have those...and milk does to....
Well what do you guys think?
