Sore Joints?

For some reason my knees and hamstrings are very sore and stiff today but its my workout day *(yesterday i rested). Should i fight through it and work out or give em a few more days to heal up?
 
It depends on the level of soreness. Usually my rule of thumb is if it's a sore muscle (hamstrings,quads so on) then I push through it. If my hips or knees are really sore or main joint in general I give it a rest to air on the side of caution. really you just have to listen to your body and decide. Better one day off then the potential of months.
