ok...every once in a while ill get sore from benching...but it seems like im getting sore in the wrong spot. I talked to my weightlifting advisor and he told me it was because i was using to wide of a grip when benching. anyways i talked to the other guys and they all get sore in there pecs and a little bit around them. When i get sore from benching i get sore mostly just in the shoulder. like take your arm and keep it straight and then push it behind your back.....see where your shoulder bulges out like a little ball....thats lwhere i get sore. Like ill try to flex that muscle and i cant even find one there. If its sore i figured that would be the main muscle im using while benching. any thoughts?!?!?
