Hi all!

Post one of my new diary.

I have a weird work schedule. I work two hours, I'm off an hours and a half, I work an hour and a hald, I'm off for 30 minutes, and so on... I do that from 8:00am to 10:00pm so I have no time to cook or eat well.

The best way, I guess for me to loose weight is to try the Nutribars type things. One in the morning, one for lunch, a fruit smooties for my snack, and if I have the time, a light supper, but that will depend on my schedule and how much time I have to eat and where I can eat because very often, I have to eat between two appointments, on the way to my next apointment, in my car, which sucks big time.

But I'm on vacation today... So here's what I have done so far...

I walked about 3 kms with my dogs so it was relatively fast pace, I have two greyhounds. I also did about 10kms of bike as fast as I could, with two little hills that I hate with a passion.

I have eaten a bar for breakfast, another for lunch and this evening, I bought chicken that my roomate's going to grill on the BBQ and I'll eat a salad with low fat/calorie vinaigrette.
