ok last nite i was running around with my dog and he got under my feet i had to jump over him (he is a rot) and my ankle hit him and i came down on it..
Now i know that it is sprang but how long before i can start running and doing my normal leg work outs, should i let the sorness go away or bare the pain.
Also should i still do my upper body routine since i am on my 4th day of loding fase with celltech i dont want to have to quit taking it, and start over.
