Something Just Got Serious.

Right, I have been on this site for about 3 months now, and since I had the Christmas holiday, I just haven't recovered. I used to eat very strictly 3 times a day, with plenty of fruits and vegs. During this period I had lost 15kg, I haven't gained nor lost anything since the Christmas period, but the habit of old was coming back, eating what I liked when I liked.

Of course football is a priority for me so I always play this like 4 to 5 times a week, so maybe this is why I haven't gained nothing but, I should stop looking at being good at football for me being this weight. Imagine if I was a fit lad, I think I would've probably made it into actual proffesional football but this is my mistake.

I have calculated everything yesterday, and I see that it is right for me to start this again. I need to lose about about 4/5 pounds a week in order for me to get where I want to come end of may, start of june.

So today I have started my diet and I WILL keep this as my home page to keep up to date with my diary, because with the other one I did it whenever I want it but with this I NEED to use it.

I need to work now harder than ever, and soon I will be using weights to tone slightly because of how my body has much more muscle than fat, but again i need to shed the weight first. I know what is required, and i hope by the end of May when I read this I can look back in time and say this is commitment at its best.

Just want to say good luck, but remember as you get closer to your goal loosing 4-5 pounds per week will be extremely hard as the less you have to loose the harder it is to loose it.
 
Hey guys, Like I promised I wish to keep this updated every week and so far with this week I have lost 8 pounds which is pretty sweet.

Basically I really didn't look towards my diet a lot but much more on the exercise I do. For a heavy person I am very mobile and can run contantly on the treadmill for about 10 minutes on high velocity before i absolutely get tired. But of course, I played a lot of sports during this week, sometimes even 3 hours per day constantly. So yeah it has been good, I keep my routine of eating breakfast, lunch and dinner and if i do want something in between it would be a cup of tea but I rarley get hungry between this time anyway.

So let the next week roll on hopefully and I could be as happy as I am now about losing x amount of pounds. btw im 244 pounds and i have started to use some weight training so I do eat a lot of chicken and tuna etc.

Hey,

I didn't bother to post up last weeks because of the hectic week that I had. You see I think I have a problem with consistency. One week I will do very good but the other week, I just forget about what I have done the other week.

Unfortunalty that week which I have not been a good week, I gained I think 3 kilos, but this week that has just passed, I lost it again, so I am back to square 1.

Most likely i will this week try and lose again 3 kilos, and hopefully count my calories now, because I have lost intrest in this, and need to do it. I also need to sweat extra in the gym. I'll come back next week and keep you up to date.
