Okay, I'm lean in most places but I have abit of a gut, I'm not bulky, some would call me skinny but I have this gut covering my abs (I can feel them). Anyway, would you say do some cardio to get rid? If I do will I look even skinnier?
If you weigh less than 200 lbs and are over 5'8, then no, you need to be eating and training your ass off until you are. THen you can worry about cutting.
This is assuming you are actually trying to become muscular.
PMDilly, this is the weightlifting section, not the bodybuilding section. You can't assume his goal is to be huge, especially when he's specifically asking about leaning out!
